1. Order acceptance
All orders are accepted and handled in accordance with the conditions below. The customer accepts these conditions by using the AlbumPrinter software.
After fulfilling the order, the file provided by the customer will be stored on the AlbumPrinter server for one month. This is to enable the customer to order further copies of the album at a later stage

2. Copyright
The customer is responsible for the contents of the submitted file. AlbumPrinter does not accept responsibility for the contents of the file.

AlbumPrinter assumes that the copyright in the file is held by the customer. The customer bears sole responsibility for unauthorised use of protected data.
When ordering and, where relevant, distributing the printed products the customer shall strictly observe the laws of the relevant country.  

3. Liability
AlbumPrinter shall not accept liability for damage or loss of the files. AlbumPrinter emphasises that the quality of the prints in the albums ordered will never be better than is to be expected on the basis of what the customer sees on his/her computer monitor when using the Album Editor. AlbumPrinter's liability is limited to production errors attributable to it.

4. Delivery time
All orders are completed within five working days. Delayed delivery shall never be a reason for cancellation of the order or compensation

5. Guarantee
Any justified complaints shall be made within two weeks of the delivery of the materials ordered by the customer.
If the complaint is justified the remedy shall be limited to producing the ordered materials again.
